Here's an initial itinerary for the upcoming Bowling Green Rendezvous III June 5-7th. 2008, Below is a list "potential" activities and Registration form.

Friday June 6th:
(Potential List of Events, some of the available events will be at additional charge)

8 am Parade from Hotel to GM plant

Photos at sign in front of plant

Factory tours (times to be established by Cadillac)

Those not on 1st tour go to Corvette Museum

Tech sessions to be scheduled by Cadillac
- Kip Wasanko Design Center & EVOQ concept car
- Operational features of the XLR
-Navigation system and features
- Techs check over XLRs
- Andy Pilgrim and CTS race car

Other events available (some with extra cost)

- golf at country club ($170 or so) (make own arrangements)

- Corvette Museum tour

XLR RENDEZVOUS III Rendezvous III is taking shape. Plan to attend this great event. Those who attended last year know what a great time we had and how well we were treated by Cadillac, Martin Cadillac and the GM Assembly Plant. Rendezvous III is anticipated to a bigger and better event. Much of the Itinerary is still in the planning stages, but it will not be the same events that we did last year. There will probably be a plant tour involved, but it will be a different plant tour (perhaps after work hours when we can spend more time behind the scenes and not have to worry about regular tours following us). We plan to have more driving events, such as a Poker Run and some parking lot driving events in your XLR. We are working on other driving tour type events being available this year.

As before, the event will start on Thursday night with a welcoming dinner and we will have events scheduled for Friday and Saturday with a departure for home on Sunday AM.

The dates of the event are June 5-7, 2008.

Due to anticipated growth of this event, we have moved to the Holiday Inn University Plaza, 1021 Wilkinson Trace, Bowling Green, KY 42103.

The hotel has offered the group rate of $95 (single/double). Rate does not include taxes. Their regular rate is $129. This is a much bigger hotel than last year and offers a restaurant and bar in the hotel. They also have a larger parking lot and greater ease of getting in and out of the parking lot.

This past August 47 XLRs from all corners of the country drove to
Bowling Green Kentucky to enjoy 3 days of fun & excitment as part of
XLR Rendezvous II. These XLR enthousiasts had a special tour of the
XLR assembly plant, enjoyed a dinner reception hosted by Cadillac, and
various other experiences including driving on the assembly plant test track.
Guests enjoyed interacting between Cadillac, GM, Bowling Green and XLR vehicle
team staffs. This group of XLR owners, were from the "XLR Forum"( www.XlrForum.com).
